No surprise payments - you will always know the exact, upfront cost and everything else within your treatment plan will be included in the original cost. 

We are out-of-network with insurance companies - this means that for most insurance companies, we provide our patients with what is called a superbill, which you submit to your insurance for reimbursement dependent upon your plan benefits. 

People often ask why we operate this way - the short answer is for better care. This allows us to have authentic patient-centered care, longer treatments sessions one-on-one with your provider, and unlimited resources and visits. When developing your treatment plan, we no longer want to make a contract with insurance companies, but with YOU in order to provide you with the best and most personable care possible.

Your therapist will spend 60 minutes of one-on-one time with you and perform the following: getting to know you, gathering your medical history, and listening to your specific needs and desires. Your therapist will perform a full body movement screen with a specific focus on the area of concern, develop a collaborative treatment plan, and initiate same-day, hands-on treatment along with providing a home treatment program. 

Your therapist will spend 60 minutes of one on one time with you to grow and progress your previously established treatment plan and home treatment program. They will perform soft tissue techniques such as dry needling, joint mobilizations, and  therapeutic massage.

Dry needling is a technique that can be used to immediately improve soft tissue restrictions, relieve trigger points, decrease pain, and improve muscular efficiency and activation. The needle is a small monofilament that is skillfully inserted directly into the designated muscles that are involved in your pain or restrictions. 

Out of town, on the go, or simply want to touch base from the comfort of your own home? Your physical therapist will continue to grow and progress your previously established treatment plan and home exercise program, answer questions you may have, and teach you how to perform necessary hands-on self-treatment techniques.
